📄 Service Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Adofo Services Inc. and the Client for cleaning and maintenance services.

1. Scope of Services

Adofo Services Inc. agrees to provide cleaning, landscaping, and related services as per the client’s request.

2. Payment Terms

• Clients agree to pay the full service amount before or upon completion.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, online payment.

3. Cancellations

Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Liability

We are insured against damages caused by our staff. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or loss of items.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide access to the property for scheduled service.
• Clients must inform us of any special cleaning instructions.

6. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will resolve the issue.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By booking a service with Adofo Services Inc., the client agrees to these terms.
