• Payment is required before or upon completion of service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Refunds are only provided if the service was not completed due to our fault.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must remove valuables and fragile items before cleaning.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property.
